Go Figure

When we bought the farm eleven years ago, a huge old turkey fig tree was in the corral we then used for the sheep. Unfortunately, the sheep ate down the branches enough to kill the tree. Now on this young turkey plant (Ficus carica), one precocious fig is already bursting to life. Gobble gobble, yum!
