Holiday Green

Autumn rain has fallen generously on the garden, producing salad greens, winter veggies, and herbs. The colors range from Grinch green (lettuce) to spruce green-blue (kale) and many shades of green in between.  Other beds have Brussels sprouts, collards, turnips, and mustard greens. Yum, yum, green is not ho-hum.
