Spring Lamb

Spring lamb historically refers to young sheep born and weaned in time for the spring market. But at Loch Ross, we beg to argue with that meaning. Spring lamb is the perfect descriptor for what lambs love to do, and here they’re caught in the act.  So spring into action, all ye wee sheep!
