The Outlier

Beretta’s puppies, now four days old, nap contentedly; mama obviously takes diligent care of her large litter. One youngster lies far from the madding crowd, off on his (her?) own for the time being. No doubt all the siblings will snuggle together during the chilly night, Beretta watching over them like the wonderful guard dog she is.
