Ewenique enjoys the muscadine leaves that grow along the fences of the ewes’ pasture and corral.  Maybe she knows that she will soon be bred, have a lamb or two, and be milked next spring. Feta, pecorino romano, and manchega cheeses are all traditionally made from sheep’s milk - so Ewenique will carry on a long-standing convention. Raise a glass of muscadine wine to the future milk-and-cheese queen sheep!
