Ordering Lamb for Meat

Loch Ross Farms produces meat sheep.  We are in the business of raising sheep but not butchering them. 

To order meat, you purchase a lamb from us, with your choice of age and weight ranges.  We'll ask for the meat cuts you want.  Your selected lamb will go to a licensed Mississippi butcher for processing.  When the meat is ready, the butcher will notify you to pick up the lamb.

Butchers typically charge a set kill fee per animal, plus a processing fee per pound.
